Sherisse Ayala, the self-proclaimed "the get it done girl," is an accomplished brand developer, marketing strategist and event designer. Sherisse combines her experience and many talents to provide marketing and branding solutions to small businesses.
"My clients benefit from my ingenuity, attention to detail and high-level of service. I'm a triple-threat, an added value. My clients know that by partnering with Polish, they don't have to invest in companies whose service fees are inflated to cover overhead costs," Sherisse reveals.
A "superstar" in her own right, Sherisse's hard work and determination consistantly surpasses every client expectation by satisfying the most challenging of client visions. She launched POLISH Communication Concepts not only to provide services that embody innovation and quality, but to be part of a dream for businesses that plan to shine.
the journey...
With over 10 years experience in marketing and events, Sherisse recognized her ability to be a creator and innovator very early in life. Sherisse found her first creative talent in dance. She began developing her own choreography for school talent shows, her high school cheerleading squad and local New York City recording artists.
At the age of 13, Sherisse was given an opportunity of a lifetime. Triggered by her curiosity, Sherisse contacted the offices of MCA Records in NYC (now Universal Music Group) to request an 8"x10" glossy photo of her favorite musical group The Jets. She met music industry marketing maven, Angela Thomas. After visiting Angela at MCA Records to retrieve the coveted Jets photo, Angela invited Sherisse to assist her in the posh, mid-town Manhattan offices for the summer - later becoming Angela's personal intern for three years. During her time assisting Ms. Thomas, Sherisse was fascinated by the music business and absorbed the inner workings of the music industry.
Sherisse went on to pursue a formal education in Music Business at the world-renowned Five Towns College in Dix Hills, New York where she concentrated on Marketing and Promotions. Later, Sherisse attended New York University where she continued her education in Meetings and Conference Management.
To date, Sherisse has contributed her vision and talents to projects in the pharmaceutical, music, beauty, real estate, wellness, and technology industries.
